1973年畢業(yè)于云南省紅河衛(wèi)生學校醫(yī)士專業(yè)，從事臨床醫(yī)技工作33年，先后被派到北京醫(yī)科大、同濟醫(yī)科大進修深造四次，三年以上，2001年中國科學院心理學研究所醫(yī)學心理學專業(yè)大專畢業(yè)。

　　1992年晉升為主管技師，2002年晉升為副主任技師，系心內科心電圖的骨干醫(yī)師。從事心電圖臨床工作33年。愛崗敬業(yè)，認真負責，嚴謹細致。多年來累計完成心電圖12萬余份，都準確無誤，對疑難心電圖的診斷，積累了豐富的經驗和鑒別能力，對超急性期心肌梗塞、復雜心律紊亂心電圖的診斷和鑒別有較深的功底。

　　多年來一直在心電圖臨床一線承擔專業(yè)帶頭人工作，指導碩研40余名，輪轉醫(yī)師400余名，進修醫(yī)師1600余名，實習醫(yī)師1200余名，獲得各類醫(yī)師的一致好評。

　　在不斷總結多年心電圖臨床工作經驗的基礎上，不斷進行科研探索，撰寫心電學術論文多篇，在國家一、二類醫(yī)學雜志上發(fā)表。多年來能堅持不斷學習，堅持參加高新技術，創(chuàng)造研究學講座，堅持參加心血管病學術講座，堅持參加繼續(xù)教育學習。

　　My Synopsis

　　I graduated from Honghe nursing school, Yunnan province, in 1973. Then I was successively assigned to Peking Medical Univercity and Tongji Medical University four times for advanced studies. IN 2001, I got my higher educational diploma in Medical Psychology Institute Of Chinese Academe Of Sience. In 1992 I was gloriously promoted to technologist-in-charge, and then in 2002, to vice-directorial technologist.

　　Till now, I have been engaged in clinical front for more than 33 years. For these years, I always held an enthusiastic attitude to my work, and were extremely careful to everything in my station. By my estimate, I have precisely complished some 120000 electroncardiogram reports without any errors and omissions. Now, I have accumulated rich experience and cultivated an outstanding ability to distinguish proximal electrocadiograms. And I am know to be skilled in the diagnosis and distinction of ultraacute phase myocadiol infarction and the complex rhythem disorder.

　　Besides everyday works, I also serve as the academic pioneer in our department. In my 33years’ career, I have directed about 40 graduate students, 400 rotatory doctors, 1600 training doctors and 1200 trainees, which got a high opinon from them.

　　Based on my many years’ experience, I kept exploring medical practice, I have written lots of scientific papers, some of which were published on the first-class and second-class national medical journals. In spite of my age, I keep the passion for attending the advanced and creative research lectures, and persist in continual education.
